Our expert this month is Mindy Hill, a yoga therapist, personal trainer, and wellness educator. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for 27 years and has studied and taught around the world. Mindy teaches full time in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and has worked with large companies to offer wellness classes to the public. She also teaches cancer wellness, yoga for grief, guided meditation, sound healing, and forest healing. Mindy is a lifelong learner who cares deeply about helping people connect their body and mind in healthy, healing ways.
